腺苷A2受体在特发性肺纤维化中的作用机制Mechanism of the adenosine A2 receptor in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

摘要(Abstract):
特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种致命的慢性肺病,目前尚无一种治疗措施可以对其有完全的缓解。近年来研究表明,腺苷在IPF的发病过程中有重要意义。腺苷作为"抑制性代谢产物"的一种,其在炎症反应方面可进行自我限制,具有良好的修复机制。腺苷受体家族中A2最为强大,参与了多种炎症反应,可通过介导肺泡巨噬细胞中P38MAPK信号转导通路调控IL-6的表达,进而促进IPF的发生发展过程,提示腺苷A2受体可作为特发性肺纤维化治疗的新靶点。故此,本研究拟简析腺苷A2受体在IPF的发病机制。
