摘要(Abstract)：

目的研究苓桂术甘汤和真武汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠调节性T细胞(Treg)的影响。方法将32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,其中病理组、苓桂术甘汤组和真武汤组尾静脉注射阿霉素5 mg/kg造模,对照组仅注射生理盐水。造模后给药组汤剂持续4周,分别测定干预前后24 h尿蛋白,流式细胞术检测Treg比例和Foxp3 m RNA表达。结果与病理组相比,苓桂术甘汤组及真武汤组大鼠在给予药物干预后,24 h蛋白尿明显下降;真武汤组大鼠脾细胞Foxp3转录显著升高,Treg在大鼠脾总淋巴细胞中比例明显上升(P<0.05);苓桂术甘汤组大鼠脾细胞Foxp3转录变化不明显,Treg比例没有明显变化。结论真武汤和苓桂术甘汤均可改善肾病大鼠尿蛋白症状,真武汤可能通过提高Foxp3转录上调Treg比例;苓桂术甘汤作用途径有待研究。
